Safety Instructions

•   Place the candle on a stable surface.
•   Always burn the candle in sight of an adult.
•   Burn the candle on a fire resistant surface.
•   Keep the candle away from children and pets.
•   Avoid placing the candle near drafty and windy areas.
•   Keep the candle away from flammable objects.
•   Remove packaging before burning the candle.
•   Keep the candle wax pool free of debris.
•   Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
•   Trim wick ¼”each time candle is lit.
•   Stop burning the candle when ½”unmelted wax remains.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

India —

We offer domestic shipping all across India.
Please allow us processing times of 24-72 hours. 

  • Orders up to INR 3,000 = INR 120 Standard Shipping

  • Orders over INR 3,000 = Free Standard Shipping

  • Tracking notifications will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery Time: 4-7 Business Days(depending on the pin code)

  • Please note, transit time does not include processing time. Transit time begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Express Shipping available at an additional fee.

 

Global —

We ship across the globe.
Please allow us order processing times of 48-72 hours. 

  • Shipping fee = $20 per item

  • Tracking notifications will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 Business Days(depending on country code)

  • Please note, transit time does not include processing time. Transit time begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please allow extra transit time for orders going to remote countries.

 

Important Shipping Information —

  • Once a package is picked up by our shipping partner, the delivery status is controlled by them.

  • Buyers are requested to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the purchase. 

  • Ideally use a shipping address where someone is present to receive the delivery, example; workplace etc. 

  • Occasionally there may be delays due to weather or some unforeseen events, your tracking will be updated with the latest shipping status.

  • Please reach out directly to the shipping partner for missing/stolen packages or address change requests.

  • Dhyanam Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and refund
Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at care@dhyanamco.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don’t accept returns on any sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

In case of COD, please make sure to add your bank details in my account and we will refund the balance directly to your bank account.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online.
Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.​​
